secure your place. we'll follow up by email with a few questions about your hair and what you're hoping for, and we'll be in touch as consultation appointments become available. joining fee — £50. it is a fee, not a deposit: non-refundable, and not credited against a consultation or a piece.

virtual 30 min £400 · 60 min £800. in person in london, 60 min £800. together we'll explore your hair history, lifestyle, goals and the piece that feels right for you. charged separately, and not credited against a commission.

a personal recommendation, with a price and a timescale. pricing depends on finished length. short from £8,000 · medium from £14,000 · long from £24,000, including vat. the same price wherever you are.

your piece is made individually, by hand. we send daylight video once the hair is in, and you confirm the density and the colour direction before we finish. a piece takes between 3 and 12 months: 3 to 5 months where we already hold suitable hair, 6 to 12 months where hair is sourced to your brief. we confirm which applies to you, in writing, within 60 days of your commission starting.

you accept your piece from daylight video and photographs before it leaves us. then collect from the london studio by appointment, or we ship worldwide, fully insured, quoted at cost. customs and import duties are payable by you.

every piece has an adjustable cap so you can tune the fit yourself. fitting is not included. we offer it as a separate service where we have availability, quoted at the time — please ask before making travel plans. otherwise any competent hair specialist can adjust your piece locally. servicing and restyling are available later as separate services.
